AND BREATHE… WITH OUTDOOR SWIMMING

Get swimming outdoors with Viv's tips

One of the things I love to do most in all the world is swim outdoors. And I post about this a lot on Instagram. During the lockdowns I went every day. Now I try to go a couple of times a week.

Top tips.

(1) Get an after-swim dressing gown from Nordbaek (this grey one also comes in navy or aqua) and/or a Sittingsuit (big Danish trend), both from Norse Supply.

(2) Get inspiration from Al Alvarez’s memoir Pond Life and from Kate Rews’ lovely guide The Outdoor Swimmer’s Handbook.

(3) Get yourself a tow float from Swim Secure. Best to get the biggest one available.
